About the role
We're hiring a founding engineer to help build out the core Gensync product. You'll work directly with Joe across the stack — TypeScript, Postgres, Next.js, and a healthy amount of agent infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Ship features end-to-end across the stack
- Design schemas, API contracts, and UI in equal measure
- Help shape the engineering culture we want as we grow
- Build with LLM agents as first-class infrastructure, not bolt-on
What we're looking for
- Several years building production software (any stack, but TS + Postgres helps)
- Comfort owning ambiguous scope and converging on the right thing
- Strong taste for the small, opinionated decisions that compound
