About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to be the first dedicated designer on the team. You'll work end-to-end on the Gensync product surface — design system, marketing site, in-product flows.
What you'll do
- Own the visual system and design tokens
- Prototype and design across in-product flows
- Partner directly with engineering — no PM intermediary
